NESTBLOOM INGREDIENTS
The bird’s nest that goes into every NestBloom is ethically sourced and hand-harvested from our bird house in Kalimantan, Indonesia. Together with all the other natural ingredients sourced from all over the world - Indonesia, France, Bulgaria, China, Japan & Africa, the dried bird’s nest undergoes rounds of stringent quality checks before they are delivered to our production facility in Singapore. Each step of the preparation process is completed by hand, including additional checks and cleaning of the bird’s nest. They are then soaked overnight to fully plump up prior to being cooked in a traditional ‘double boiling’ method for one hour to achieve the perfect, quality texture for consumption. NestBloom offers a modern and more convenient experience of bird’s nest without compromising on its nutritional goodness and exquisite flavor.
ROCK SUGAR
Step 1

We work with the last and only rock sugar factory in Singapore, to produce pure rock sugar crystals for our blooms. To begin, sugar is carefully boiled until it reaches saturation and then left to naturally crystalize.

Crystalizing
Nothing is hurried and it takes up to 14 days before rock sugar crystals become visible. The long wait creates sugar in its purest form, ensuring a mellow and round aftertaste that subtly enhances the taste of our other ingredients perfectly.

The best almonds (sweet almonds from Southern China) are selected by hand

No artificial pandan flavouring is used in the Heritage Blooms.

From bringing all the ingredients together to carving the breath-taking form of every flower, it takes over 48 hours to create a single Bloom.
STEP 1
Bird's nest is meticulously scrutinized once more to ensure the quality of its texture.
STEP 2
30 grams of double-boiled bird's nest is carefully combined with our signature almond milk.
STEP 3
Each flavor is crafted into a unique flower using a proprietary process that ensures every Bloom is sculpted perfectly.
STEP 4
Each Bloom is freeze-dried using our own unique methods to get all water content extracted while retaining 99% of its nutrients and vitamins. This is a key process that enables us to not add any preservatives, which ensures that the nutritional beauty-loving goodness of each Bloom is kept intact.
