Our handcrafted bird's nest is proudly designed and made in Singapore. NestBloom is the side brand of the well-known traditional bird's nest brand Yan Yuan which has been established over 20 years.

Edible bird's nest has been known for hundreds of years for its benefits as a supreme delicacy, it is known as ‘White Gold’” or “the Caviar of the East”, as a luxury food a kilogram of high quality bird’s nest can cost as much as $10,000. 

It’s a rich source of water soluble protein, amino acids, carbohydrates, iron, mineral salts, and fiber, bird’s nests have also been used for hundreds of years as an important health supplement in traditional Chinese medicines. Its use include as a treatment for malnutrition, a boost to the immune system, and to enhance the body’s metabolism.

The founder of NestBloom spends over three years from getting the machine made in Japan to shaping the product, to research to perfect the freeze-drying technology on this delicacy without compromising its nutritional benefits and figuring a way to avoid using preservatives.

From bringing all the ingredients together to carving the breathtaking form of each flower, it takes 48 hours to create a single bloom-a passion for creating a product made from natural elements of the finest quality. Each Bloom contains over 30gm cooked premium grade bird’s nest and is ready to eat in 5 minutes, requires only adding hot water to yield a creamy broth generously portioned with gelatinous strands of bird's nest.
